Combined use of ionic liquid and β‐CD for enantioseparation of 12 pharmaceuticals using CE

ABSTRACT
In this study, the enantioseparation of zopiclone, repaglinide, chlorphenamine maleate, brompheniramine dioxopromethazine hydrochloride, promethazine liarozole, carvedilol, homatropine hydrobromide, methylbromide, venlafaxine, and sibutramine hydrochloride has been investigated using β‐ CD in combination with a chiral ionic liquid ( IL ), 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium‐L‐lactate. The influence type its concentration, BGE p H , chain length cations on resolution are discussed. Finally, proposed method was successfully applied for impurity determination eszopiclone pharmaceutical tablets after validation respect to accuracy precision, linearity range, selectivity, repeatability, LOD LOQ . It is assessed that commercial tables fewer than 0.1%.
