ABSTRACT
MiR‐424 has been discovered to be involved in the chemoresistance of lung cancer. However, underlying mechanism by which miR‐424 played role unknown. Here, our study, investigate non‐small cell cancer (NSCLC), we have detected expression miR‐424‐3p and ‐5p NSCLC tissues paired normal control. Moreover, explore cells, were both re‐expressed knocked down using transient transfection with their respective mimics inhibitors. Cell viability, migration, invasion evaluated MTT, wound‐healing Transwell assays, respectively. It was found that down‐regulation pronouncedly associated progression overall prognosis; markedly capable preventing proliferation, cells. Additionally, it is but not miR‐424‐5p enhances chemo‐sensitivity cells through targeting YAP1. Mechanistically, YAP1 identified as down‐stream target miR‐424‐3p. Together, for first time study loss enables NSCLC, supporting could used therapeutic curing chemoresistance. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
