ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim To construct a psychosocial intervention programme for women diagnosed with foetal anomalies based on their needs in China. Design A three round‐modified Delphi survey from September to November 2020. Methods In Round 1, literature review and qualitative interviews, face‐to‐face meeting eight taskforce members was conducted generate the initial indicators. 2 3, 15 experts stakeholders (women undergoing termination of pregnancy anomalies) were invited by email evaluate importance indicators built final programme. Results The response rate both two rounds is 100%. experts' authority coefficient 0.86. Kendall W value ranged between 0.191 0.339. needs‐based established, including four periods (denial, confirmation, decision‐making recovery), supports (information, social acceptance commitment therapy) 27 mean each index 4.00–5.00. Further research required whether this realistic effective target audiences.
