ABSTRACT
To explore the health workforce responses to COVID-19.Analysis of job advertisements.We collected advertisements for healthcare jobs which were caused by and in response COVID-19 between 4 March-17 April 2020 United States, Canada, Kingdom, Australia New Zealand. We information on date advertisement, position advertised location. categorized positions into three categories: frontline, coordination decision support.We found 952 advertisements, 72% from States. There was a lag period reported COVID-19-confirmed cases several weeks. Nurses most every country. Frontline workers substantially more demanded than or decision-support roles. Job are novel data source leverages readily available about how workforces respond pandemic. The initial phases emphasise importance frontline workers, especially nurses.
