ABSTRACT
Abstract The recovery of marine ecosystems in areas heavily impacted by fishing and environmental exploitation depends, to some extent, on the sustainable management resources should be complemented cultural traditions, practices scientific knowledge. These knowledge systems may involve reciprocal actions interactions between people coastal environments, which, unfortunately, are often overlooked government strategies.
