ABSTRACT
In order to understand the intricate relationship of cell proliferation and apoptosis in tumour development, markers (Ki-67 c-myc), apoptosis, cell-cycle inducers cyclin D1 D3, inhibitors p16INK4, p21CIP1, p27KIP1 were evaluated ductal breast carcinoma. The heterogeneous nature tumours provides a system by which changes genes can be explored under wide range apoptotic indices. To address above issues, immunohistochemical studies conducted 40 pairs adjacent normal tissues. TUNEL method was used identify cells. Except for p27/KIP1, (Ki-67, c-myc) indexes together with levels p16/INK4a, p21/CIP1, D1, clearly elevated among tissues, while absent Spearman correlation analysis indicated strong associations index, Ki-67, c-myc, grade. addition, p21/CIP1 D3 positively correlated, negatively correlated There clear decoupling between p21 p27, as well terms their indicating differential roles progression.
