ABSTRACT
Abstract The variations of triboelectrification electrostatic potential graphite (GP)/monomer casting (MC) nylon composites under plane contact dry sliding were investigated and the correlation with electrical resistivity wear mechanisms studied. MC could be modified as excellent anti‐triboelectrification materials by a proper addition GP, although unfilled was inclined to generate higher after friction due high resistivity. can predicted content control GP. incorporation GP filler made considerable contributions, which not only reduced stabilized but also enhanced their lubricating properties heat dissipation. influences PV‐values on less than that Although severe formation transfer films resulted in abruptly dropping shortly beginning PV‐values, it conductive property, particle shape size, distribution dispersion fillers, density network built flakes played dominant role deciding various PV‐values.
