ABSTRACT
Abstract Because of the high strength, modulus, and lightweight, carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites have been extensively used in aerospace high‐speed aircraft. In present study, a damping fiber/epoxy (CF/EP) by microcapsule particles is prepared on premise guaranteeing mechanical properties CF/EP composites. Through flexural tests, interlayer shear scanning electron microscopy, vibration impacts different components microcapsules are investigated. The composed polyurethane shell internal silicone oil. results demonstrate that flexural, interlaminar effectively enhanced appropriate amount particles. When content 3 vol%, strength elevated 1.68% with 734.392 MPa. addition, 4.91%, which 42.8 Besides, increase increasing 8 ratio 39.51%, 3.22%.
