Monochorionic twins (MC) are at high risk of adverse outcomes and Doppler investigation umbilical cerebral flows is mandatory for their surveillance. The cerebro-placental (CPR) umbilico-cerebral (UCR) ratios considered non-invasive measures fetal adaptation to hypoxemia.
