ABSTRACT
SARS-CoV-2 has caused a significant ongoing pandemic worldwide. A number of studies have examined the T cell mediated immune responses against SARS-CoV-2, identifying potential epitopes derived from proteome. Such will aid in targets for vaccination and monitoring. In this study, we applied tandem mass spectrometry proteomic techniques to library ∼40,000 synthetic peptides, order generate large dataset peptide MS/MS spectra. On basis, built an online knowledgebase, termed virusMS (https://virusms.erc.monash.edu/), document, annotate analyse these peptides their spectral information. VirusMS incorporates user-friendly interface facilitate searching, browsing downloading database content. Detailed annotations including experimental information, modifications, predicted peptide-HLA (human leukocyte antigen) binding affinities, data, are provided virusMS.
