ABSTRACT
Abstract We present here the evidence for origin of dc electrical conduction and dielectric relaxation in pristine doped poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) films. P3HT has been synthesized purified to obtain polymer films are chemically make conducting with different conductivity level. Temperature (77–350 K) dependent (σ ) constant (ε′(ω)) measurements on have conducted evaluate ac parameters. The frequency ( f R static (ε 0 estimated from measurements. A correlation between data indicates that both conductions originate same hopping process this system. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part B: Phys 48: 1047–1053,
