ABSTRACT
Abstract In this work, electrostatic spraying was used to prepare TNBA/DNTF eutectic mixtures with different mass ratios. The T−X phase diagram and the H−X were drawn from DSC curves of mixtures. morphology, composition, structure, thermal decomposition properties, mechanical sensitivity, detonation properties lowest characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (IR), photoelectron (XPS), differential calorimetry (DSC) thermogravimetric analysis‐mass spectrometry (TG‐MS), sensitivity tests, performance calculations. results showed that best molar ratio TNBA DNTF 59.41 : 40.59, whereas 60.17 39.83. microscopic morphology free sharp edges corners, component proportions same as before spraying, surface elements evenly distributed, crystal structure essentially those raw materials. melting temperature 352.0 K, which 21.0 K 33.1 lower than materials, respectively. reaction rate constant (k), activation (E ), preexponential factor (A ) 0.398 s −1 , 81.34 kJ ⋅ mol 4.86×10 7 eutectic, began thermally decompose first, followed DNTF. main products CH 4 H 2 O, CO, N NH 3 CO a small amount C. impact (H 50 friction (P), 5 explosion (T 5s mixture 39.7 cm, 28 %, 563 Its (OB=−36.52 Q D =−4658 kg v =7598.37 m intermediate between C(d), Br, O .
