ABSTRACT
Insect pests seriously decrease the yield and quality of agricultural crops. Resistance to commonly used insecticides is increasingly undermining their effectiveness, therefore development agents with novel modes action desirable. Isoxazolines are a new class that act on γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) gated chloride channels. In this work, we highly active 4-triazolyphenyl isoxazoline DP-9 as parent structure design synthesize series quaternary ammonium salt (QAS) derivatives, systematically evaluated insecticidal antifungal activities. Many synthesized QASs exhibit activities equivalent or higher than DP-9. particular, compounds I-31 (93%, 0.00005 mg/L) I-34 (80%, 0.00001 showed against diamondback moth larvae were 2-10 times those fluralaner (70%, 0.0001 mg/L), in addition showing excellent oriental armyworm, fall cotton bollworm, corn borer, mosquito larvae. Furthermore, all also broad-spectrum fungicidal activities. The QAS derivatives same better activity Compounds DP-9, thus promising candidates for insecticide research.
