ABSTRACT
Recently, oblique angle deposition has been extensively used to form advanced optical coatings for high power lasers. In present work (article No. 201700764), a novel approach multilayer zero-order all-silica based waveplates is demonstrated. Study shows the superior performance of tested sample and capabilities withstand laser fluence 40 J cm−2 in nanosecond regime at 355 nm wavelength. Such elements can essentially improve compact systems, even when used.
