ABSTRACT
Herein, a detailed analysis of the dielectrical and optical properties polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)–ZnO nanocomposite films is provided. The ZnO nanoparticles are prepared by sol–gel process, whereas using solution casting technique. dispersion into PVA matrix analyzed with X‐ray diffraction scanning electron microscope. UV–visible spectroscopy used to investigate variation in absorption polymer films, as filler content changes. Linear parameters, such refractive index, extinction coefficient, conductivity, determined transmission data. dielectric evaluated impedance techniques at frequency range 100 Hz–5 kHz temperature 310–360 K. permittivity found increase, nanoparticle concentration increases rises. Low loading enhances latter's properties, which make it useful for optoelectronic applications.
