Long boiling times, consequence commercial scale, found substantially reduce activities, whereas addition resulted marked increase. Inoculation with yeasts ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Schizosaccharomyces pombe var. ) microorganisms introduced through did not affect vitro activities Further investigations revealed that ingredient most pronounced biological activities.
