ABSTRACT
Abstract Optical vortex lattices (OVLs) are gaining increased research attention owing to their unique features related intensity and phase structure. Interference is a common method for generating an OVL. However, the topological charge (TC) of single building block in OVL fixed cannot be modulated, thereby limiting its applicability. This study entailed use multiplication generate high‐order facilitate arbitrary modulation TC. The generated exhibited Talbot effect during transmission, it transformed into super‐honeycomb lattice at specific fractional lengths. In addition, orbital angular momentum developed OVL; this has broad application prospects optical micromanipulation. Further, devised. findings enhances understanding broaden practical applicability OVLs.
