ABSTRACT
Abstract A study on surface modification of extended PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) foil after treatment in oxygen and nitrogen plasma is presented. was exposed to a weakly ionized, highly dissociated RF with high density neutral atoms. The gas pressure 75 Pa the discharge power 200 W. appearance functional groups sample determined by using high‐resolution XPS. results showed that did not cause any noticeable changes composition, while new were detected surface.
