ABSTRACT
Several natural Chinese herbal medicines have demonstrated considerable potential in facilitating wound healing, while the primary concern remains centered around optimizing formulation and structure to maximize their efficacy. To address this, a microneedles drug delivery system is proposed that harnesses gelatinized starch key ingredients-aloe vera berberine. After aged well-designed mold, starch-based are fabricated with suitable mechanical strength load components. The resulting hydrogel microneedles, enriched integrated berberine aloe, exhibit antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, fibroblast growth-promoting properties, thereby healing whole process. In vivo experimental results underscore notable achievements of early-stage antibacterial effects subsequent tissue reconstruction, contributing significantly overall These emphasize advantageous combination traditional medicine presenting novel strategy for repair opening new avenues application medicine.
