ABSTRACT
Abstract As a mature strategy for constructing microstructures, patterning technologies are widely used in the optoelectronic field to satisfy requirements of functional and/or aesthetic purposes. With emergence organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites, applying perovskites can further optimize properties perovskite‐based devices, thereby enhancing their competitiveness commercialization. To date, series perovskite methods and patterned devices have been reported consecutively, which exhibit potential value application prospects fields optoelectronics, light‐emitting building integrated photovoltaic systems, etc. Here, recent progress is systematically summarized, divided into two major categories: indirect direct patterning. In addition, merits applications optoelectronics discussed.
