ABSTRACT
Abstract The significant increase of catalytic efficiency while remaining low Pt usage is constantly pursued, but remains a challenge. Here, “vacuum‐assisted” (VA) process toward clusters dispersed on SAPO‐11 (S‐11) shown for high‐effective hydroisomerization n ‐C 16 . VA can make effective trapping the precursor S‐11 due to intensive capillary action, being conductive stabilize and disperse cluster (≈1 nm) (V‐Pt/S‐11) promoting synergy sites acid S‐11. test indicates excellent activity stability trace (0.15 wt%, even lower, 0.035 wt%) (≈94.4% isomer selectivity at 94.3% conversion), much superior I‐0.15 wt% Pt/S‐11 from traditional impregnation routes (≈88% 90% conversion) ever reported catalysts. V‐Pt/S‐11 also diesel oil with decrease freezing point up 40 °C after hydroisomerization. performance attributed exposure high density little coverage S‐11, dispersion leading form more metal–acid bifunctional sites, enhanced (de)hydrogenation ability clusters. All them promote metal (Pt) sites.
