ABSTRACT
Quasi two‐dimensional perovskites are promising alternatives to conventional three‐dimensional because of their high stability and easy tunability. However, controlling the phase distribution according device architecture remains a major challenge. Here, manipulation purity vertical proven by ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy, effect on characteristics reported. By adding ethyl acetate as antisolvent, growth direction perovskite film is flipped. CH 3 NH Cl dimethyl sulfoxide used slow rate crystal, which gives better purity. The carrier transfer tuned accordingly. It found that solar cell performance more sensitive relative distribution. These findings importance for applications quasi‐2D in different types devices require change
