ABSTRACT
Excellent morphology and low harmful defect states of the absorber layer are essential to fabricate high‐performance Cu 2 ZnSn(S, Se) 4 (CZTSSe) devices. Herein, annealing time precursor films in air is proved have much impact on quality performance Appropriately extending air‐annealing can promote diffusion Na into O absorption surface films, boost growth crystal grain, lessen density band‐tailing absorber. The appropriate extension also regulates electrical properties efficiency CZTSSe devices enhanced from 6.92% (1 min) 10.1% (7 min), with decreased V OC, Def .
