ABSTRACT
The influences of the different reactivity cokes on softening‐melting dropping iron‐bearing burden were studied by melting‐dropping experiment. pressure difference and shrinkage rate layer, as well reduction degree at same temperature also analyzed. results show that softening melting starting reduces from 1200 to 1160 °C, end increases 1290 1320 while ending is unchanged molten iron 1413 1380 when coke 24.76 65.16%. Softening‐melting interval with improvement based above temperatures change, meanwhile, (ΔT 3 = T d − P ) reduces, respectively. In addition, charge column decreases permeability get better characteristic evaluation reactivity. Appropriately increasing may improve increase burden, therefore, it great significance for saving energy reducing consumption blast furnace smelting.
