ABSTRACT
High‐strength non‐oriented silicon steel prepared by twin‐roll strip casting technology, replacing the conventional hot rolling method with a high compression ratio, effectively diminishes γ texture and increases intensity of cube Goss orientation to 3.70 3.68, respectively, in recrystallization texture. The density NiAl precipitates an average radius 3.47 nm volume fraction 0.9% is obtained after peak aging, significantly enhancing mechanical properties while minimizing magnetic performance loss. These maintain coherent relationship matrix, preventing increased anisotropy. During P 10/400 rises from 25.0 31.3 W kg −1 , B 50 slightly decreases 1.66 1.62 T. Yield tensile strength improve 576 733 MPa 889 1053 MPa, elongation rate 7.6%. findings reveal that proportion intensifies anisotropy between 45° 90°. most unfavorable angle core loss low‐frequency conditions 60°, worst orientation. process, combined incorporation precipitates, can comprehensive nonoriented steel, informing potential industrial applications.
