ABSTRACT
Abstract Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are known for their multilineage differentiation potential with immune-modulatory properties. The molecular underpinnings of remain largely undefined. In this study, we investigated the cellular and features chemically induced osteogenesis from MSC isolated human adipose tissue (human MSCs, hAMSCs) using single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq). We found that a near complete osteogenic clusters hAMSCs under directional induction. Both groups heterogeneous, some intrinsically prepared osteogenesis, while variant OS seems in cooperation due division general function. identified set genes related to cell stress response highly expressed during differentiation. also characterized series transitional transcriptional waves throughout process osteoblast specified unique gene networks epigenetic status as key markers osteogenesis.
