ABSTRACT
Abstract This research work consists on valorizing poultry waste by biotransformation into biofertilizers, associating this agro‐industrial with algae (abundant natural resources) and molasses (a by‐product of the sugar refining industry) ensuring a good contribution nutritional chemical elements obtaining balanced formulation. A total seven different formulations above three components, were examined in simplex centroid design. fungal inoculum Aspergillus niger was used as fermentation agent for better quality biotransformation. The monitoring is ensured during 15 days following evolution physicochemical microbiological parameters and, to understand bioconversion simple compounds biofertilizer mixture such short aliphatic chains, sugar, amino acids soluble mineral compounds, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis carried out before after Finally, germination fertilization tests performed evaluate efficiency final product barley crop. overall results present study showed that which contained 68.75% waste, 12.5% molasses, 18.75% presented safety criteria required according NF U44‐551 standard.
