ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to compare the diagnostic performance Sassone scoring system, IOTA LR1 and LR2 in differentiating benign from malignant ovarian masses. This was a retrospective cohort single-centre 54 women who presented with an adnexal mass at time ultrasound. ultrasound images videos were examined classified using logistic regression model 1 2; individually by expert examiner, fellow resident. findings then compared histological outcome lesion. Sixty masses included, which 12% on histologic diagnosis. system had sensitivity least 86% specificity 74%. 91%. 79%. area under receiver-operating characteristics curve 0.80, 0.88 0.82 for Sassone, respectively. best among all those tested discriminating between lesions. It may be useful utilise as initial test assessing malignancy risk mass.
