ABSTRACT
The impact of COVID-19 and its complications in pregnant women neonates, the potential vertical transmission remain unclear due to limited reports. Our study on positive their newborns provide insights imaging features, clinical characteristics safety precautions during this pandemic. Retrospective analysis was performed 19 who delivered our hospital from January 29 March 31 2020 were confirmed have infection. During period, a total 4,210 gave birth hospital, among which by nucleic acid, accounting for about 0.024%. There only three symptomatic cases prenatal ultrasound didn't show any abnormalities all women. 18 presented with pulmonary lesions one case showed no abnormality chest CT. Of 20 neonates born these mothers, 10 admitted neonatal unit day birth, cardiac cerebral normal results. Each tested twice results negative. In group infected COVID-19, most had symptoms before delivery developed or after delivery. No evidence infection found newborns. Ultrasound characteristic manifestations fetuses neonates. Chest CT diagnostic value COVID-19. light above characteristics, it is very important department take preventive control measures healthy medical staff themselves.
