To evaluate a placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) diagnosis training model in residency program an area with high prevalence PAS disorder during epidemic of Caesarean deliveries. This was single centre prospective study to the results new constructed based on collected ultrasound images 177 disorders extracted from 534 cases previa suspicious for PAS.
