ABSTRACT
To evaluate a placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) diagnosis training model in residency program an area with high prevalence PAS disorder during epidemic of Caesarean deliveries. This was single centre prospective study to the results new constructed based on collected ultrasound images 177 disorders extracted from 534 cases previa suspicious for PAS. All were pathologically confirmed. The participating obstetrics and gynecology radiology residents 1st 3rd years evaluated before assess their current ability diagnose PAS, following which they attended principal lecture followed by 5 self-study exercises over next weeks, after had post-course test efficacy At 3 6 months follow up tests see how well retained knowledge program.
