ABSTRACT
The objective of this report is to address unusual image finding multiple intravaginal calcifications caused by retained menstrual bleeding due vaginal obstruction. A 23-year-old girl was referred our hospital with abnormal uterine and dysmenorrhea since menarche. patient had a history laceration undergone primary repair at the age 8. Blind pouch without normal cervix seen in speculum examination. Old bloody, pus-like discharge leaked out from two microperforations. Ultrasonography (USG) revealed uterus, but were observed within wall. Another case 21-year-old who traffic accident 4. She gone through urethroplasty been followed up for urethrovaginal fistula ever since. Prior menarche, MRI showed no findings except known fistula. However, complained hematuria pelvic pain MRI. (figure 1A). Vaginoplasty done both cases.
