No fetus showed heart rate immediately after procedure. Pleural reduced dramatically within week case. Two including non-effective case delivered before resolved died birth due insufficiency. Eight (80%) shunted 10 almost without plural survived. neonates (25%) survived 8 hypertension. Thoracoamniotic did not undergo three because small amount They all but two (67%) Shunting could be performed safely using effective for massive prevent hypoplastic lung hypertension birth. survival large 80% study.
