To investigate whether maternal history and ultrasound findings can be predictors for massive hemorrhage during Cesarean section in patients with placenta previa adherence of the placenta. We reviewed 127 singleton pregnancies previa. Maternal history, antenatal placenta, including location, presence placental lacunae, lack a clear zone, sponge-like cervix marginal sinus cases were retrospectively, their association amount bleeding was analyzed.Logistic regression analysis revealed that advanced age (odds ratio (OR), 5.4; 95% CI, 1.8-16.4), previous (OR, 20.4; 4.0-105.2) 5.6; 1.8-17.0) associated (> 2500 mL). Placental occurred five more frequent where located at site scar 123.1; 4.5-3395.2) there zone 48.0; 3.8-604.7).Advanced age, are risk factors previa, regardless is present. location on adherence. When these identified preoperatively, management should tailored accordingly.
