ABSTRACT
Abstract High performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) is a method that can be used for screening lichen substances. It as simple to use standard TLC, but has many advantages: more sensitive, it possible run samples in shorter period of time, and the amount solvent much smaller. The material needed methods are described detail. Horizontal chromatogram development was used. Since two solvents system B have been substituted, since properties HPTLC plates slightly different, our results not entirely accordance with standardized TLC method. A revised table identification 69 substances (obtained from 62 taxa) accordingly presented.
