ABSTRACT
After the inferior olive of the rats had been destroyed by administration of 3-Acetylpyridine, the inhibitory effect of cerebellar stimulation on Deiters neurons was substantially reduced, indicating impairment in functions of Purkinje cells and/or their axons after deprivation of climbing fiber afferents from the cerebellum.
