ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to describe a single institution's experience with transanal endoscopic microsurgery in patients benign and malignant rectal tumors.Between January 1992 April 1998, 75 mean follow up 38 months, underwent excision (46) or (29) tumors, located 3 18 cm from the dentate line.A total 46 (6.5 percent) tumors conversion radical surgery owing tumor size.
