ABSTRACT
A bstract Recently the LHCb collaboration reported evidence for direct CP violation in charm decays. The value is sufficiently large that either substantially enhanced Standard Model contributions or non-Standard physics required to explain it. In latter case only a limited number of possibilities would be consistent with other existing flavor-changing constraints. We show warped extra dimensional models quark spectrum through flavor anarchy can naturally give rise size result. D meson asymmetry arises sizable CP-violating contribution chromomagnetic dipole operator. This happens without introducing inconsistencies constraints up sector. discuss some subtleties loop calculation are similar those Higgs γγ . Loop-induced operators scenarios and their composite analogs exhibit non-trivial dependence on profile, monotonically decreasing when pushed away from IR brane. operator quickly saturates as profile approaches brane, implying small precise details it quasi localized. also why coefficient lowest dimension 5D guaranteed finite. true not sector but radiative processes such electric moments, b → sγ , ϵ ′ / K μ eγ furthermore interpretation this within framework partial compositeness four dimensions highlight qualitative differences between generic result obtained dynamics reproduces scenario.
