On the dependence of QCD splitting functions on the choice of the evolution variable

We show that already at the NLO level DGLAP evolution kernel Pqq starts to depend on choice of variable. give an explicit example such a variable, namely maximum transverse momenta emitted partons and we identify class variables leave unchanged with respect known standard MS-bar results. The kernels are calculated using modified Curci-Furmanski-Petronzio method which is based direct Feynman-graphs calculation.
