ABSTRACT
A bstract Triggering long-lived particles (LLPs) at the first stage of trigger system is very crucial in LLP searches to ensure that we do not miss them beginning. The future High Luminosity runs Large Hadron Collider will have increased number pile-up events per bunch crossing. There be major upgrades hardware, firmware and software sides, like tracking level-1 (L1). L1 menu also modified cope with maintain sensitivity physics processes. In our study found usual triggers, mostly meant for triggering prompt particles, efficient 140 environment HL-LHC, thus pointing need include dedicated triggers LLPs. We consider decay into jets develop jet using track information select events. show work these give promising results identifying moderate rates.
