ABSTRACT
A bstract This paper presents a new perspective on integrability in theories of gravity. We show how the stationary, axisymmetric sector General Relativity can be described by boundary dynamics four-dimensional Chern-Simons theory. approach shows promise for simplifying solution generating methods both and higher-dimensional supergravity theories. The theory presented generalises those flat space integrable models introducing space-time dependent branch cut spectral plane. also make contact with twistor approaches to integrability, showing defects arise from discrete reduction six-dimensional
