ABSTRACT
Clinical guidelines have been developed to standardize the management of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) in emergency room, particular indication CT scan and use blood biomarkers. The objective this study was determine degree adherence these patients across four countries Southern Europe.An electronic survey including structural general mTBI six clinical vignettes conducted. In-charge physicians from France, Spain, Greece Portugal were contacted by telephone email. Differences among searched using an unconditional approach test on contingency tables.One hundred eighty eight 131 Hospitals (78 36 12 5 Portugal) completed questionnaire.
