ABSTRACT
Organising workshops that successfully address complex research problems is a challenge, especially when the involves interest-holders with diverse roles and expertise potentially conflicting values viewpoints. In this article, we describe reflect on approach took to organising CHANGE workshop, held in Oslo June 2024. 3-year project involving collecting, analysing, developing cross-sector consensus challenging topic. The approaches which include fundamental aspects of interest-holder engagement, workshop design, methodological approach, inclusive participation. Based our reflections, present series recommendations for consideration by anyone general community using as part process.
