ABSTRACT
Abstract This research aimed at investigating the isolation and identification of bacterial strains with biological nitrogen - fixing capability phosphate, potassium, zinc solubilization activities from a durum wheat field under two different tillage practices including 10 years conventional (CT) no-tillage (NT) practices. Attempts were also extended to estimate their relative abundances in soil as well develop accurate mathematical models determining effect temperatures, NaCl concentrations pH on growth, activity selected isolates. Twelve effective strains, Pseudomonas , Acinetobacter Comamonas genera, identified great potential solubilize insoluble forms phosphate (from 11.1 115.5 mg l −1 8), potassium 32.2 35.6 7), 1.11 389.90 9) fix N 2 gas 19.9 25.2 ). To our knowledge, this is first report ability testosteroni pittii compound, respectively. Three families, Moraxellaceae Pseudomonadaceae, Comamonadaceae, showed higher percentage abundance NT samples compared CT, but only significant difference was observed Pseudomonadaceae ( P < 0.01) . These could be definitively recommended inoculants promote plant growth wide ranges pH, salinity levels (with maximum complete inhibition 0.67–0.92% 3.5–9.3% NaCl, respectively), temperatures (2.1–45.1 °C).
