Confirmatory factor analysis supported a better fit two-factor structure. Moderate-to-strong correlations found between Swe scleroderma HAQ including VAS ( r s = 0.4–0.7); Multidimensional Assessment Fatigue 0.7); RAND-36 subscales − 0.5 to 0.8); lung disease severity (Medsger scores) 0.4). There weak <0.4) modified Rodnan skin score; vascular, heart, kidney severity. Cronbach’s alpha 0.85, corrected item-to-total >0.40, ICC score 0.83. No found.
