Supplemental MRI screening improves early breast cancer detection and reduces interval cancers in women with extremely dense breasts a cost-effective way. Recently, the European Society of Breast Imaging recommended offering to breasts, but debate on whether implement it programs is ongoing. Insight into participant experience willingness re-attend important for this discussion.
