ABSTRACT
Abstract Gibberellin (GA), auxin (IAA) and brassinosteroid (BR) are indispensable in the process of plant growth development. Currently, research on regulatory mechanism phytohormones banana dwarfism is mainly focused GA, few studies IAA BR. In this study, we measured contents endogenous BR compared transcriptomes wild-type Williams its dwarf mutant across five successive periods. We investigated relationship between hormones explored differential gene expression through transcriptome analysis, thus revealing possible metabolic mechanism. inferred a complex network dwarfing. terms hormone levels, GA had significant effects dwarfing, while little effect. The key biosynthesis GA2ox , genes TDC YUCCA . these might be main factor affecting levels height. signal transduction, DELLA AUX/IAA repressor proteins were core regulators IAA, respectively. They inhibited transduction feedback regulation levels. Finally, transporter protein PIN, AUX1/LAX family ABCB subfamily played supplementary roles transport IAA. These results provide new insights into reliable foundation for improvement varieties.
