ABSTRACT
Hirschsprung's disease (HSCR) is a developmental defect of the enteric nervous system. Transanal endorectal pullthrough (TERPT) one surgical procedures for HSCR. Clavien-Dindo an objective classification system, used worldwide, to describe postoperative complications. The aim this study was use grading short-term complication after TERPT.This cohort including all 69 individuals, with biopsy-verified HSCR, managed TERPT at our institution between 2006 and 2018. Data on procedure, as well complications, were retrieved from medical records. main outcome complications graded according Clavien-Dindo.Fifteen (22%) patients (51 males) had Clavien-Dindo. Grade I in ten patients, II four IIIb patient. Individuals significantly longer post-operative hospital stay [median 6 days (4-30) compared 4 (1-22), p = 0.035].It important structured way make it possible compare studies. Post-operative Clavien-Dindo, occurred 22% TERPT.
