The primary endpoint composite emergency cardiovascular hospitalization death. Secondary endpoints levels symptoms biomarkers.Outcomes 193 consecutive assessed 216 controls. occurred significantly more often (HR 2.42, 95%CI 1.63-3.61, p < 0.001). This driven by an increase hospitalizations. Subgroup analyses showed that especially with transcatheter heart valve experienced early 9.55, 3.70-24.62, These findings accompanied pronounced higher biomarker levels.Deferral meet beds crisis is associated Patients suffering from valvular disease constitute vulnerable group. Consequently, our results suggest recommendations on management pandemic need revision.
