ABSTRACT
This study aimed to compare the clinical pregnancy rates of hysterosalpingography (HSG) with water-based contrast and hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (HyCoSy) investigate their impact on fertility outcomes in women endometriosis-related infertility. retrospective included 296 infertility, aged 18-39, undergoing HSG or HyCoSy at First Affiliated Hospital Guangxi Medical University (January 2020-June 2022). Propensity score matching was applied balance demographic variables. Clinical were compared between groups. The group showed a higher group. Logistic regression demonstrated an odds ratio (OR) 0.41 (95% CI 0.20-0.82, p < 0.001) for HSG. After propensity matching, OR 0.37 0.18-0.75). Similar results observed across multivariable IPTW analyses, suggesting that may be associated better than HyCoSy. Hysterosalpingography appears suggests more favorable diagnostic method optimizing outcomes, though further research is needed confirm these findings.
