ABSTRACT
We report 2 cases of high-grade sinonasal adenocarcinoma with a distinct morphological and immunohistochemical phenotype. Albeit histologically different from secretory carcinoma the salivary glands, both tumors presented here share an ETV6::NTRK3 fusion. The highly cellular were composed solid dense cribriform nests, often comedo-like necroses in center, minor areas papillary, microcystic, trabecular formations without secretions, mostly located at periphery lesion. cells displayed features, enlarged, crowded, vesicular nuclei conspicuous nucleoli brisk mitotic activity. tumor immunonegative for mammaglobin while showing immunopositivity p40/p63, S100, SOX10, GATA3, as well cytokeratins 7, 18, 19. For first time, we describe primary non-intestinal type adenocarcinomas nasal cavity, by morphology immunoprofile, harboring
